4.2.8. Simple At any position on the vertical Basic orientation axis, the Cosmos Square horizontal and radial Simple axis ranges knowledge topic compoundness, from simple to most compound, as a distance from a central vertical (Basic) axis. Horizontal and radial, the Simple axis is relative to a central vertical axis. At any sophistication level (vertical axis), the horizontal plane radius of a knowledge resource model position, relative to a central vertical axis (e.g. the Fountain), expresses the knowledge resource simplicity or compoundness. It is interesting to note that the Cosmos Square Crypts are somewhat shaped like an inverted cone, as more fundamental sciences (e.g. pure logic), typically do not spread as much on the horizontal (e.g. Simple) axis.
