6.3.3. Marketing Stage Plan Summary

For reference and completeness, this page introduces the last stage of the implementation phase of the Cosmos Square knowledge sharing virtual environment: the marketing stage, which will be the object of a subsequent project and work plan. The marketing stage work plan introduced here is not part of the current development project.

The Cosmos Square knowledge sharing virtual environment implementation phase marketing stage aims at making the production environment a major Internet spot and address, to raise subscriptions and demand to levels that will motivate more sponsors to join, partner as well as get more knowledge resources modeled and made available in-world, offer more subscription programs, features, events, and activities, bring and attract more subscribers.

Marketing stage activities include:

  • Completing and validating the marketing plan and strategy
  • Gathering and organizing the execution team
  • Coordinating resources and operations
  • Executing, monitoring, and adjusting the marketing plan
  • Coordinating and synchronizing with production, including sponsors, support, guidance, programs
  • Evaluating and reporting efforts and results

As of 2010Q4, the Cosmos Square knowledge sharing virtual environment implementation phase marketing stage is expected to last 6 to 12 months.
