Automated support, either through related Web sites and activities, or through AI-Bots, is an important feature to enhance user experience, but, as it is an add-on feature, its implementation, although started in the initial roughly 12 month time frame for this project implementation, could exceed it a little somewhat.

AI-Bots are an advanced feature and their development is expected to extend on a few years.
