4.1.2.3. Rivers

Small rivers cross the forest under the trees, sometimes traveling underground and reaching deep underground, under the Fountain, to the center of the Square. The rivers are commonly referred to as the "River".

It may also be interesting to note the river water can get quite dark and murky in the dense Forest but by the time it reaches underneath the Square, it is very clear.

As it is pumped up the underground floors through the Fountain, it picks up light and as it comes out of the fountain, high in the sky, it seems to fuse with the light coming down from the sky.

The River's clear water also fills up the Pool.
